Book Rating:7.6 Characters: The Mummy, or Ramses the Damned (Ramses The Damned Book 1) First published: April 30th 1989Rating: 7.62 stars GoodReads:The Mummy, or Ramses the Damned Review: This book was really really bad. It was like a bad romance novel where the leading man is soooo handsome. …..geeze, what a waste of time. This book really made me stop reading Anne Rice. To this day I think “the Vampire Lestat” book was a one off lucky shot. Everything else is just so paper thin and terrible. All of her characters are the same and this book is no different. Don’t bother with it.

Yes, I finished it in one day and now I wish it was a series.
Author: First Book Publish:2012 Books in series: 1 Avg. Book Rating:8 Characters: Dororo (Dororo (3 Volumes) Book 1) First published: February 6th 2012Rating: 8.04 stars GoodReads:Dororo Review: Interesting contrast from his more Disney-esque “Princess Knight,” since this was filled with violent demon-slaying, even though he retains his cute faces on the main protagonists. I liked the creative crazy demon imagery, the scenic landscapes, panel composition & the unusual premise. I think the ending was a bit lacking, because it wrapped up too abruptly, and I felt like there was some unresolved information about the characters, especially Dororo & Hyakkimaru.

Book Rating:7.5 Characters: Watched (Mikayla Blake, Demon Hunter Book 1) First published: May 30th 2011Rating: 7.54 stars GoodReads:Watched Review: Oh. My. Gosh. Watched was absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t put it down. I was completely sucked in from the beginning, and I pretty much read it in an afternoon. It was smart, fast-paced, didn’t take itself too seriously and had pretty much everything I’ve been looking for in a YA novel lately.

Weather the mild betterment is truly due to an improvement in writing or has more to do with the fact that the werewolves were just far less depressing then the weak and sorely pathetic vampires, is a tough call to make. The Reformed Vampire Support Group (Paranormal Support Groups Book 2) First published: September 5th 2010Rating: 6.96 stars GoodReads:The Reformed Vampire Support Group Review: A group of defenseless, sickly vampires somehow get themselves into trying to solve a fellow vampire’s murder (lest whatever happened to him happens to them as well) and somehow in the process get themselves involved in rescuing a werewolf…
